Use This Exercise:


  1. To more fully understand your relationship with your body, including fully realizing how it is both separate and connected to your true self.
  2. To understand your mind by observing the automatic nature of its activity in regards to your body, thus giving you a direct experience of the basic tenets of Buddhism.
  3. During a time of concentrated bodywork, at the time of a death in the family, to prepare for energetically healing yourself, while dieting, while dealing with a serious illness, or at a time of despair over your age.
